We implement your projects, from the initial concept though to installation
A key-in-hand service
Cosmet provides its customers with two options: the first is to provide our team with projects that have already been engineered with indications on the structure, such as technical specifications, structural nodes and profiles required to implement the same. In this case, Cosmet will make it possible to implement and build these projects at the designated worksite.
The second option is to let Cosmet do everything, and deliver a key-in-hand finished product.
In this case, the production process will consist in specific and extensively tested phases:
Design and Engineering
Preliminary study
The Cosmet team conducts the preliminary structural sizing and, thanks to the Sofistik calculation software, will be able to estimate the quantities in kg of steel required and the budget to be allocated to the project.
BIM 3D Design
Thanks to the latest generation software (Tekla, Solid works, Advanced Steel), the Cosmet team starts the executive project design phase, creating assemblies for approval, workshop charts, material orders, and final production. Thanks to the BIM environment, the customer can view every detail of the result in 3D, whilst the engineers have the opportunity to evaluate all the possible interferences with the plant systems and construction parts and any possible criticalities of the subsequent installation.
Supply
Workshop operations
Cosmet has its own in-house workshop, equipped with state-of-the-art bending machines, shears and automated Industry 4.0. machinery, and manages the most critical and delicate processes which require higher levels of supervision. It also performs the pre-assembly operations before delivery to the worksite which involves a range of essential activities such as cutting, drilling, bending, assembly and welding.
Quality control
Product excellence is the prime priority for Cosmet, because a quality product pays off in the long term and requires minimal maintenance.
Installation
Assembly and installation
Cosmet boasts a highly specialised work force, consisting of certified welders holding on-site welding certifications, who are sent to the site to assemble all the structures designed or pre-assembled in the workshop, delivering to the customer, within the agreed deadlines, a complete, key-in-hand structure. It also includes a user and maintenance manual, containing all relative information on the materials, the service life of the structure, the checks carried out and instructions on correct routine maintenance.
Support
After-sales
Cosmet’s after-sales service is able to manage all types of problems, responding in a timely and tangible manner.
